Erie Together is excited to share the completion of our five Career Pathways Flyers, a resource created to support the Erie County Career Pathways Alliance’s ongoing career exploration efforts.
Each flyer is grounded in regional and statewide data, highlighting both “high priority occupations” based on local, regional data and “in-demand occupations” based on statewide data. That means the information reflects what’s actually happening in our local job market as well as broader trends across Pennsylvania, giving readers a well-rounded picture of where the opportunities are.

These flyers are just one piece of the broader work of the Erie County Career Pathways Alliance (ECCPA), which Erie Together convenes and includes local school districts, employers, career and technical centers, NWPA Job Connect, Northwest Tri-County IU #5, local colleges and universities, Career Street, NWIRC, the Corry Hi-Ed Council, GECAC and more. Together, we’re opening doors and creating new opportunities for students to explore careers and prepare for their future!
