The Erie County Human Services Cohorts (HSC) Initiative is focused on growing and retaining the workforce for local agencies addressing mental health, substance use disorders, and social drivers of health. Through this effort, we are recruiting and supporting candidates for human service positions considered essential to improving access to care in Erie County. Cohort members will receive job-related training, connections to employers, and significant financial incentives for meeting program requirements!

The positions we’re looking to fill fall within four “levels of care” - Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Family-Based Mental Health Services, Assertive Community Treatment, and Blended Case Management.
