Meet Sara, a woman helped through the Erie Together Family Action Teams. Erie Together is the region-wide initiative to reduce poverty. Hundreds of local residents and organizations have come together to join Action Teams working to align resources and address outcomes necessary to achieve the community aspiration “to make the Erie region a community of opportunity where everyone can learn, work and thrive.”
